Sheriff Skipper,his wife, Judy and their son Chandler are members of Concord Baptist Church. Sheriff Skipper began his law enforcement career in 1972 as a uniform patrolman in Richland County. He won the election for Sheriff in Anderson County and was sworn-in on January of 2009.
He ran on a campaign of restoring confidence and peace of mind to the Citizens of Anderson County by being both responsible and accountable in every aspect of the Sheriff's Department.
We invite everyone to come and meet Sheriff Skipper at this special meeting in Anderson County.
There is no charge for attending but Ryan's of Anderson requires the purchase of a meal for the use of their facilities.
